Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Rice-long grain
  • 1/2 c. Rice-wild
  • 1 c. Onions-minced
  • 1 quart Chicken broth

Direcciones

  1. Cook Time: 00:30 Heat butterin saucepan w/ tight-fitting lid. Pour off half & reserve. To remainder, add in both rices & the onions. Shake pan till all grains are coated w/ butter. Add in stock. Bring to simmer & cook 20-25 minutes. or possibly till all stock is absorbed. Add in reserved melted butter & toss w/ fork.
