Ingredientes

  • 4 x live lobsters - (1 to 1 1/4 lbs ea)
  • 1 sm tomato diced
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion - (to 3 tbspns)
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/2 c. lite mayonnaise - (to 3/4 c.) Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Boil lobsters, remove them and allow to cold. When cold sufficient to handle, remove lobster meat from the tail and claws.
  2. Dice the meat and add in the diced tomato, onion and seasonings. Add in mayonnaise and mix gently to combine all ingredients.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce or possibly other greens, in pita pockets, toast squares or possibly on your favorite bread or possibly crackers.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
