Ingredientes

  • 20 x big loquats
  • 5 gm assorted preserved fruits
  • 2 1/2 gm shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 1 gm sweet osmanthus

Direcciones

  1. Skin and stone the loquats, scald in warm water and let to dry. Cut the preserved fruits into small pcs, add in sugar and place on the loquats.
  2. Mold into plum shapes squashed red preserved fruit and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Steam with the loquats for a while, pour on sugar batter, sprinkle with osmanthus.
  4. Serves 4.course: dessert
