Ingredientes

  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
  • 1 pkt dry Italian salad dressing mix I use Good Seasons
  • 1/4 c. margarine melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix together lime juice, salad dressing mix, and margarine.
  3. Place chicken in a 13x9x2" baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken, making sure all surfaces are coated. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake 1 hour, removing foil 15 min before cooking time is finished.
