Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Dates, cut up
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 2 c. Boiling water
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Nuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine cut up dates, baking soda, margarine and boiling water. Stir and let stand till cold. Then add in remaining ingredients. Pour into 3 greased/floured loaf pans. Bake 350 F. for 45 min. Cold on racks.
  2. Makes3 loaves.
