Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Cream cheese - (8 ounce) softened
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Coarse grnd mustard
  • 2 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 c. Lump crabmeat
  • 1 bn Baby carrots
  • 1 bn Celery cut into sticks
  • 1 bn Asparagus spears blanched
  • 2 bn Endive
  • 2 x Red or possibly green bell peppers cored, and cut into strips

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, horseradish, parsley, mustard and Tabasco sauce till well mixed. Stir in crabmeat.
  2. On large platter, arrange carrots, celery, asparagus, endive and peppers. Serve with crab dip.
  3. This recipe yields about 2 c. dip.
