Ingredientes

2 tbsp. minced green onion 2 tbsp. minced green pepper 1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 tbsp. oil

1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon dry sweet basil 16 ounce. can low sodium tomatoes, undrained

Direcciones

1. Saute/fry onion, green pepper and mushrooms in oil over low heat 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 min. Serve with fish, chicken or possibly beef. Makes 2 c..
