Ingredientes

  • 3 lrg russet potatoes cut into large wedges
  • 2 tsp tabasco sauce optional
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dry onion flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp File pwdr optional

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. To prepare spice mix, in a large bowl, combine onion flakes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper and file pwdr. Mix well. Add in potato wedges to bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake potatoes, turning once, till golden, 20 to 30 min. Sprinkle with red pepper sauce, if you like.
