Low Cal Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 box sugar free Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 pkt artificial sweetner (if you like)

Direcciones

  1. In a blender blend the Jello and warm water till dissolved. Add in cottage cheese and blend. Then add in skim lowfat milk, vanilla and salt. Blend till there are no lumps.
  2. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan and chill about 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
  3. Four pcs (one quarter of the mix) that is equal to 1 protein and 1/16 c. of lowfat milk.
  4. Serve as a salad for lunch or possibly dinner.
