Ingredientes

  • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 pkg. sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Beat large eggs slightly, add in lowfat milk, sweetener, and vanilla. Pour in 4 custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in pan of water. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Can be cooked in microwave, turn cup every two min till done).
