Low Cal Fat Controlled Vinaigrette

Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. cool water
  • 2 1/2 tsp cornstarch Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard of choice, such as Dijon
  • 2 1/2 tsp vinegar of your choice or possibly more to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil

Direcciones

  1. Minced fresh herbs of choice, such as fresh basil or possibly tarragon
  2. Mix water and cornstarch together in small saucepan. Bring to boil and thicken over medium-high heat. Pour into small bowl and stir occasionally till lukewarm. Add in salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and oil. Whisk to blend. Add in herbs and stir to blend.
  3. Chill, airtight, and use within 24 hrs.
  4. Yield: 1/2 c., about 4servings
