Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar Twin
  • 2 c. cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tube pan.
  2. Cream together in small bowl Sugar Twin and butter. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; add in to creamed mix. Beat in large eggs. Stir in applesauce, raisins and walnuts. Bake 1 hour. Makes 16 slices. Only 169 calories per slice.
