Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Macaroni, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 2 c. Skimmed lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 c. Low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 pch Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 350F. Saute/fry onions in margarine, add in flour. Stir in lowfat milk, little at a time till thick. Add in spices. Add in cheese. Add in macaroni. Pour into shallow pan. Top with crumbs and paprika. Bake 45 min.
