- Preheat oven 350F. Saute/fry onions in margarine, add in flour. Stir in lowfat milk, little at a time till thick. Add in spices. Add in cheese. Add in macaroni. Pour into shallow pan. Top with crumbs and paprika. Bake 45 min.
