Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Fish fillets,
  • 1/2 tsp Salt,
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika,
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper, fresh grnd
  • 1 x Pepper, green, in rings
  • 1 x Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 sm Onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice,
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil, olive,
  • 1 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 2 x Lemons,*

Direcciones

  1. Cut the 2 lemons into wedges. Cut the fish into serving sized pcs.
  2. Place in oven-proof baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper.
  3. Top with green pepper rings, tomato slices, and onion slices. Mix lemon juice, oill and garlic. Pour over the fish fillets. Cover and bake 15 min at 375^F. Uncover and bake about 10-13 min longer or possibly till fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
  4. Yield: 6 servings
