Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 env knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1 x .20 ounce kool aid unsweetened Drink mix (strawberry flav.)
  • 8 x 1 g packets equal sugar sub
  • 1 x Recipe low cal whipped topp- Ing
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant dry lowfat milk
  • 9 x Inch graham cracker crust (see diabetic recipe)
  • 9 x Fresh strawberries (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine water and gelatin. Let set for 5 min and then heat till gelatin is melted. Add in Kool aid mix and sweetener to gelatin. Mix well and chill till slightly thickened. Prepare whipped topping while gelatin is thickening. Chill till needed. Add in dry lowfat milk to thickened gelatin and whip at high speed till creamy and stiff. Remove beater and gently mix in whipped topping into whipped gelatin.
  2. Spread filling proportionately into graham cracker crust.
  3. Garnish eack serving with a fresh strawberry, placing a fresh strawberry in the center of the pie.
