- Combine the dry lowfat milk and water and chill for 30 min. Beat at high speed for 4 min. Add in lemon juice to whipped lowfat milk and beat at high speed for 4 min. Stir the sugar an sugar substitute together an add in gradually to the whipped lowfat milk while it is being beaten. add in vanilla to whipped topping and chill till used.
