Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. diet butter
  • 2 T sugar (may also add in 5 pkg. Sweet & Low)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add in large eggs and beat. Add in yogurt and vanilla, then add in rest of ingredients. Spray loaf pan with Pam and then wax paper the pan, spray again. Bake in 350 degree for 1 hour, turn off oven and in oven till cool.
