- Put together: 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 c. white flour 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powderAdd: 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk 1/2 c. brown sugar sweetener 3 T vegetable oil 1 egg white
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- Mix and put on top of muffins before baking. Can omit to save calories.
