Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1 T brown sugar sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 T butter, melted

  1. Put together: 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 c. white flour 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powderAdd: 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk 1/2 c. brown sugar sweetener 3 T vegetable oil 1 egg white
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
  3. Mix and put on top of muffins before baking. Can omit to save calories.
