Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley -- minced
  • 10 ml Garlic -- minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. In blender or possibly food processor, mix cottage cheese till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and blend.
  2. Makes about 3 c. dressing for greensalads. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  3. Size: 2 Tbsp.
