Ingredientes

  • 2 x Chicken breasts, halved and skinned
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 dsh Tabasco
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 4 x Artichoke hearts Parmesan cheese Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Place chicken breasts, meat side up, in a 9 inch square pan. Mix these ingredients and pour over chicken: lemon juice, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika, Worcestershire, Tabasco and water. Cut artichoke hearts in half and place 2 halves on each breast. Coat well with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle a light coating of paprika on chicken. Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour, uncovered. Calories 146 per serving.
