Ingredientes

  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • Artificial sweetener to equal 4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 T orange juice concentrate (no sugar added)
  • 1 c. strawberries or possibly your favorite fruit
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Direcciones

  1. Put lowfat milk, sweetener and fruit in blender. Blend while adding ice cubes, one at a time.
