Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Can solid-pack pumpkin,
  • 13 ounce Can evaporated skim lowfat milk,*
  • 1 x Egg,
  • 2 x Egg whites,
  • 1/2 c. Biscuit mix like Bisquick,
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar,
  • 8 pkt Sugar substitute,(16 ts-1/3c
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice,
  • 2 tsp Vanilla,

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease or possibly spray 9 inch pie pan with vegetable pan spray. Place all ingredients in blender, food processor or possibly mixing bowl.
  2. Blend 1 minute or possibly beat 2 min with mixer.
  3. Pour into pie pan and bake for 50 min or possibly till center is puffed up.
