  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Break large eggs into individual dishes or possibly into a baking dish from that the large eggs can be served.Sprinkle the large eggs with salt and pour cream over them.
  2. If a large dish is used, a little more cream will be needed. The cream should cover the large eggs.
  3. Set the dish in hot water and place in a moderate oven.
  4. Bake slowly till a desired degree of firmness is reached that will take about 10 min.
