Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb margarine
  • 8 ounce Bread flour
  • 2 lb whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 ounce Baking pwdr
  • 12 ounce Egg white
  • 1/3 ounce Baking soda
  • 6 ounce Honey
  • 10 ounce Rolled oats
  • 14 ounce Raisins
  • 1 1/4 lb yogurt
  • 1 lb walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Cut margarine into whole wheat flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in all remaining ingredients and lightly combine to incorporate on 1st speed of 3-speed mixer. Put onto a floured surface and roll even about 2-in. thick.
  2. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Place on a paper-lined or possibly oiled sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees F 12-15 min.
