Ingredientes

  • 1 x Angel food cake- cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pkt Sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 1 ct , (8 ounce) Cold Whip Lite
  • 1 pt Fresh strawberries
  • 1 pt Fresh blueberries
  • 2 c. Skim lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pudding according to package using skim lowfat milk. Add in container of Cold Whip (reserve some for garnish).
  2. Place 1/3 of angel cake cubes in bottom of glass bowl (about 3 qt bowl).
  3. Top with 1/3 pudding mix and half of the container of strawberries.
  4. Layer another 1/3 of the angel cake cubes, 1/3 pudding mix and half of the container of blueberries.
  5. Repeat last layer of 1/3 angel cake cubes and 1/3 pudding mix.
  6. Garnish with blueberries and strawberries and reserved cold whip.
  7. YIELD:12 servings 190 calories per serving.
