Low Fat Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes

  • 3 or possibly 4 mashed bananas
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle artificial sweetener over bananas and stir till dissolved. Beat large eggs and blend into bananas. Sift dry ingredients, add in nuts and blend with banana mix. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min, lower heat to 300 degrees and bake another 35 min or possibly till done.
