Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Non-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1 c. Picante sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 c. Picante sauce
  • 2 c. Pinto beans
  • 1 tsp Cilantro
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Green onion
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a small mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, oregano, garlic pwdr, and red pepper. Spread proportionately in a 9- or possibly 10-inch quiche dish or possibly pie plate. Spread 1 c. picante sauce over top. Puree the beans and liquid in a blender or possibly processor, adding 1/2 c. picante sauce. Spread over cream cheese mix.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 min (or possibly nuke till warm and bubbly).
  3. Top with cheese and bake 5 min longer or possibly till cheese is melted and mix is heated through (or possibly nuke). Serve with sweet pepper strips, broccoli flowerets or possibly crackers. More toppings may be added.
