Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Minced green pepper
  • 2 c. Cooked long grain rice
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Dry coriander
  • 1 x 15-ounce can black beans
  • 3/4 c. Minced tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat, add in onions, pepper and saute/fry till tender. Stir in rice and next 3 ingredients. Saute/fry 3 min. Add in beans and tomatoes, cook 3 more min.
