Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Fat-free cottage cheese, (8 ounce.)
  • 1 c. Nonfat plain yogurt, (8 ounce.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Crumbed blue cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, onion and garlic. Process till smooth. Stir in blue cheese. Stor, covered in refrigerator.
  2. Yield; 1 3/4 c.. Diabetic Exchanges: One serving (1 Tbsp.)
