Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Dutch process cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Prune puree
  • 4 lrg Egg whites
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8" square baking pan with cooking spray. In small bowl combine flour, cocoa and baking pwdr. In medium bowl stir together sugar, brown sugar, oil and prune puree. Add in egg whites and vanilla. Gradually stir in cocoa mix till blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. 12 Servings.
