Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. Plus 3 Tbsp sugar, divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla, divided Egg substitute equivalent to 3 Large eggs
  • 8 ounce Nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Reduced sugar cherry pie filling

Direcciones

  1. Beat cream cheese,2/3 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla till fluffy.Gradually add in egg substitute.Pour into a 9" pie plate which has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.Bake at 350 for 30-35 min or possibly till puffy and light brown around edges.Cold on a wire rack for 10 minutes.Combine lowfat sour cream and remaining sugar and vanilla.Spread over cheesecake.Bake 15 minutes longer.Cold completely on a wire rack.Chill.Before serving,top each serving with 2 Tbsp of cherry pie filling.
