Ingredientes

  • 1 kg Medium sized potatoes, washed well
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Cut the potatoes into very thick chips and place in a large non stick roasting pan. Pour over the oil and soy sauce and toss well. Season with plenty of freshly grnd black pepper and salt.
  2. Bake in the oven for 35-40 min, turning occasionally, till golden and crisp.
