- Spray a 9" pie pan with vegetable oil cooking spray: set aside. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees In large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and coconut.
- Toss to mix well. Add in the margarine and flavouring.
- Stir till the mix is moist and crumbly.
- Press the crust over the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan, using your fingers or possibly the back of a spoon. You may want to dip your fingers or possibly the spoon into sugar to keep crumbs from sticking.
- Bake for 20 min. Let cold to room temperature.
- Fill as desired.
- Makes 1- 9" crust
