Receta Low Fat Cranberry Muffins

- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, lowfat milk, vanilla, egg whites, and cranberries.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients till the dry ingredients are moistened. Do*not* overmix the batter.
- Pour batter into non-stick or possibly paper-lined muffin c.. Bake for 18 min or possibly till muffin tops are lightly browned and a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Note: You can substitute 1/3 c. prune puree or possibly pureed prune baby food for the applesauce. You can substitute blueberries or possibly other berries for the cranberries.
