Ingredientes

  • 5 x Cooked carrots
  • 2 x Cooked peeled potatoes
  • 1 x Cooked onion
  • 1 can chicken broth (10 ounce.)
  • 1 can water (10 ounce.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp Chopped fresh ginger root Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In blender, puree carrots, potatoes and onion till smooth; add in to microwaveable bowl. Add in chicken broth, water, curry pwdr, ginger root and salt and pepper to taste. Heat at high for 4 min or possibly till heated through, stirring once.
