Ingredientes

  • 1 c. minced, pitted California dates
  • 1 c. 1 percent lowfat milk or possibly skim lowfat milk
  • 1 x ripe banana
  • 1 x ( 8-oz ) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c. crushed ice

Direcciones

  1. In a blender, combine the dates, orange juice, banana, yogurt, and ice and blend for 1 minute or possibly 2 min till frothy and thick.
