Ingredientes

  • 8 c. peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. apple juice -- divided
  • 1 Tbsp. arrowroot pwdr or possibly cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar divided
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 3/4 c. old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Combine peaches, lemon juice, 1/2 c. of the apple juice, the arrowroot and 1/2 c. of the c. brown sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Lower heat and cook, stirring frequently, till fruit begins to soften, about 5 min.
  2. Combine remaining 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. apple juice, flour, nutmeg, oats and vanilla in large bowl.
  3. Place fruit mix in 9- by 13-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with flour mix. Bake at 350 degrees 20 min, or possibly till topping is crisp and filling has thickened.
  4. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
