Receta Low Fat Scrambled Tofu

- Heat broth or possibly water ina large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onion and garlic; cook, stirring, till onion is translucent/soft, 3-5 min. Add in tofu, bell pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 min.
- Stir mustard, miso and water together in a small bowl; pour mix over tofu in skillet. Stir in curry pwdr, tarragon, chili pwdr, salt and pepper.
- Continue cooking 8-10 min or possibly till most of the liquid evaporates. Add in cheese, if you like. Serve over corn tortillas with salsa if you like.
- Makes 4servings.
