Ingredientes

  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley -or possibly-
  • 2 tsp Dry parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning or possibly sage
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil -or possibly-
  • 1 tsp Dry basil
  • 1 lb Grnd turkey
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard

Direcciones

  1. A lower-fat version of traditional meat loaf made with grnd beef. Could also be baked as patties with cooking time adjusted. (my note)
  2. Combine egg, crumbs, seasonings. Add in turkey and onion, mix well. Press proportionately into ungreased 8 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 min or possibly till done.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients and spread over top before serving. 5 servings.
