Ingredientes

  • 12 hard boiled large eggs
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Paprika
  • 4 teaspoon fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon onion, grated
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 box Egg Beaters (egg substitute)

Direcciones

  1. Half large eggs and remove yolks, and throw away. Scramble Egg Beaters, add in other ingredients and mix well. Refill egg whites with Egg Beaters and garnish with paprika. YUMMY!
