Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 x Vanilla bean, split and seeded
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 1 c. Dry sour cherries or possibly cranberries
  • 1 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Apple juice, concentrate

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees In large bowl, combine oats, sugar, cinnamon, and juice, and toss well. Spread on large cookie sheet and bake 25 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in coconut and vanilla seeds and bake 25 min until lightly brown. Stir in cherries, raisins. Cold and store in air tight container for up to one month.
