Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Celery, sliced
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 c. Liquid
  • 1 lb Pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar, hard packed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple, save juice and add in water to make 2 c.. In saucepan heat butter and add in green pepper, celery, onion, and saute/fry 2-3 min. Stir in brown sugar, corn starch, and salt. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 2 c. liquid. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thick. Add in pineapple, pour over chicken and bake 1 hour and 15 min (uncovered) 375 oven.
