Delicious Lump Crab Meat Salad on Toast

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounces Lump Crab Meat (Shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 Slices French Bread
  • Garnish Fresh Parsley

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl add lump crab meat and using two forks shred crab meat, add all other ingredients stir to mix well.
  2. Spread crab meat on each bread slice and place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan in a single layer.
  3. Place into a 400 F oven and toast lightly (keep an eye on the bread!)
  4. Garnish fresh parsely
