Ingredientes

  • 1 pound lean grnd pork
  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1/2 pound grnd shrimp
  • 1 big onion or possibly green onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 c. minced carrots
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon MSG
  • Lumpia wrapper (available at Oriental store)

Direcciones

  1. Mix thoroughly all ingredients except Lumpia wrapper and oil for frying. Take a heaping tablespoonful and roll in Lumpia wrapper. Make a long roll about 3/4-inch diameter. Cut to 2-inch pcs using a very sharp knife. Deep fat fry. Serve with sweet sour sauce.
