Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 x cloves garlic/crushed
  • 1 sm onion/minced
  • 1/4 c. cooked ham/minced
  • 1/4 c. boiled pork/diced
  • 1/2 c. shrimps/minced
  • 1/2 c. cooked garbansos or possibly chick peas
  • 1 c. snap beans or possibly habichuelas/duagibak struos
  • 1/2 c. ubod or possibly heart of palm/in match-like strips
  • 2 c. cabbage/shredded
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 24 piece lettuce leaves or possibly spring onions
  • 1 c. carrots/julienne

Direcciones

  1. Brown garlic in warm veg. oil, add in onions, cook slowly till soft. Add in the pork, ham, shrimps and garbanzos. Simmer 5 min. Combine carrots, stringbeans and ubod. Cook covered till vegetables are half done. Drop in the cabbage, continue cooking till done. Drain and season. Cold. Set broth aside for Brown Sauce. Wrap mix in home-made wrapper lined with lettuce leaves or possibly spring onions. Serve with Brown Sauce.
