Ingredientes

  • 2 med Extra-ripe DOLE Bananas
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 c. Margarine, softened
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 3/4 c. Quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. DOLE Raisins
  • 1 c. DOLE Minced Almonds
  • 48 x Wooden popsicle sticks (opt)

Direcciones

  1. Place bananas in blender. Process till pureed; sue 1 c. for recipe.
  2. Beat brown sugar and margarine in large bowl till light and fluffy. Beat in egg, then 1 c. banana.
  3. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt in small bowl; stir into banana mix just till blended. Stir in raisins and almonds.
  4. Drop by 2 heaping tablespoonfuls, 2" apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Push popsicle stick into center of each, if you like. Flatten tops of cookies with back of spoon.
  5. Bake in 350'F. oven 15-18 min till lightly browned. Cold on wire racks.
  6. Makes 3 1/2 to 4 dozen cookies.
