- Cut cantaloupes in half crosswise; remove seeds. Slice 1 peach and reserve for garnish. Dice remaining peach into large bowl. Add in next 4 ingredients and toss lightly; spoon into cantaloupe halves. Arrange reserved peaches around cantaloupe rim; top with scoop of lime sherbet. Garnish with extra blueberries.
