Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 hard-cooked Large eggs, finely minced
  • 1/3 c. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Break crabmeat in chunks. Mix with remaining ingredients except buttered crumbs. Pile in greased 1 qt casserole or possibly individual baking dishes. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till warm throughout. Trim with stuffed olive slices. Yield: 6 servings.
