Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) crab meat, liquid removed
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 hard cooked Large eggs, finely minced
  • 1/4 c. stuffed olives or possibly pimento, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion

Direcciones

  1. Break crab in chunks and mix with other ingredients. Pile in shells or possibly 1 qt casserole. Can be made night before and refrigerated. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6.
