Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 can (14 ounce.) red kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado, cut into thin slices
  • 1 pkg. (6 1/4 ounce.) tortilla chips
  • 1 head lettuce, torn into small pcs
  • 4 ounce. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 3/4 c Lawry's thousand Island dressing

Direcciones

  1. Brown grnd beef; drain fat. Add in taco seasoning mix, water, seasoned salt and beans. Cover; simmer for 10 min. Reserve some of the tomato wedges, avocado slices and tortilla chips for use as a garnish. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add in the grnd beef mix and lightly toss all of the ingredients. Garnish with the reserved tomatoes, avocado and tortilla chips. This salad is best served immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
